The DeFleurSig Neighbourhood Association is a community-driven organisation dedicated to improving the quality of life for all residents in the DeFleurSig area of Bloemfontein.

Our association works together with residents, local authorities, and security partners to keep our neighbourhood safe, clean, and well-maintained. We believe that a strong community starts with engaged and informed residents.
